    LAMU Team,

This is very forward-looking and professional, by prioritizing Planning ahead of the more popular yet less impactful programs that our counties, and indeed national government, is mostly preoccupied with.

Planning is the basis of progress, and spatial planning is an indispensable component of the wider economic planning.

My challenge to you is this; are you going to stick to the plan or will you promptly abandon it for short-term expediency as was the case with Nairobi many years ago?

Congratulations Lamu for leading the way despite being the most modest county.
