GOVERNOR ISSA TIMAMY PARTICIPATES IN HIGH-LEVEL UDA–ODM ENGAGEMENT TALKS IN NAIROBI

Lamu Governor Issa Timamy, who also serves as the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) Deputy Party Leader, on Wednesday participated in high-level political engagement talks held in Nairobi aimed at strengthening cooperation between UDA and the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM).

The discussions focused on establishing structured mechanisms for engagement to deepen political cooperation, build consensus on shared national priorities, and provide a clear framework for dialogue, coordination, and partnership to support stable governance.

The meeting was held at State House, Nairobi, and was presided over by President William Ruto, the UDA Party Leader.

Governor Timamy’s participation underscored UDA’s commitment to inclusive political dialogue and national unity.
