Lamu Governor H.E Issa Timamy has arrived at the Lamu County Assembly for the official opening of the Third County Assembly.

Governor Timamy is expected to make his official address to the house that will outline the agenda of his government.

This is in accordance with standing Order No 17(1) provides that “The governor shall address the opening of each newly elected county assembly’
